R1AC

Alex is a DX hunter from St.Petersburg. He was one of the operators of the DXpedition from Malyj Vysotskij (R1MVI) and also from other IOTA activities.
I worked him for the first time in 2007 during the DX'pedition from Fort Brescou island (IOTA EU-148) where I was a SSB operator.
During the short qso I told him "I will come soon to Russia for the summer vacation so we could have a meeting in St.Petersburg."
3 months later i get the chance to meet Alex in "real life" during my holidays in Russia.
It's now always a great pleasure to meet him again "on the air" .
